there is a commercial on tv claiming kids aren't getting enough activity?

are kids even walking too school any more or taking their bike cause
these commercials are claiming kids today aren't exercising enough in
my area there are kids under 18 but none of them play outside they are
playing on computer, playing wii games etc. just wondering if this is
like that everywhere
